Prunus 'Amber Beauty' is a vigorous, upright, conical in shape, Cherry that grows up to 12m tall by up to 8m wide. It stands out with its striking, amber coloured bark all year round that begins to peel as it matures. A profusion of delicate looking, creamy-white flowers are borne in spring, amonst lush green leaves, that turn a bright yellow in autumn, before falling. Will tolerate most soils and conditions, apart from very wet or shallow, chalky soil.
