'Bloodgood' is a more upright, spreading variety of Japanese Maple, with rich-red foliage throughout spring and summer. In autumn, leaves turn a bright, blood-red before falling, hence its name. It will reach up to 5m tall by 4m wide and makes a fantastic feature tree stood alone, or as part of a mixed border.
