Considered as one of the loveliest apples with a distinctive, dry, nutty flavour.  Creamy white flesh with a crumbly texture.  Cooks to a stiff puree.  Yellow-green skin turning to yellow and flushed orange-red with a nutty flavour.

Tree comes bare-root (without a pot or soil).
