Cotoneaster are a brilliant family of shrubs and trees and this weeping variety is no exception! It holds the same characteristics of dense, deep green foliage, all year round, with clusters of creamy-white flowers emerging in spring, along the top of the branches, which get pollinated and produce masses of berries in the autumn. This variety is a weeping variety so will produce long, trailing stems that eventually with hide the main stem and form a bush. These Cotoneaster trees are ideal if you specifically want evergreen trees that don't grow too large. They are however, decievingly fast growers and do take some clipping to keep under control. Great for wildlife, particularly in autumn/winter as safe cover and berries for birds .
