An RHS awarded, popular, fantastic little Hawthorn tree with a stunning spring display of a mass of deep, scarlet-pink, double flowers. Followed in autumn by a display of golden-bronze foliage and red fruits (haws) favoured by wildlife. Hawthorns have spikey branches, providing safe havens for our birds at nesting time. It will grow up to 5m in height by 3m wide, so ideal for small and large gardens. It will tolerate most conditions including wet soils and coastal sites.
