An exceptionally heavy cropper. The large fleshy fruits are held well out from the spine-free canes so they are easy to pick and do not suffer w ind damage. The fruit freeze well so any excess can be used later. Has been given the Royal Horticultural Societies prestigious Award of Garden Merit.
