Awarded with an RHS Award of Garden Merit, this ornamental, weeping Pear really is a beautiful tree; with grey-green, narrow leaves, with a silver underside that shimmers in the wind. Single, white flowers appear in April-May and brown/green ornamental fruits are produced in autumn and eaten by the birds.Ornamental Pears love full sun and a well-drained soil, in a fairly sheltered spot, although they will tolerate some exposure. A perfect tree for the smaller garden or space, growing up to 4m in height by 4m in width.
