Hoopsii is a fantastic Blue Spruce, awarded a Garden Merit by the RHS for its outstanding form and display all year round. It has thick, blue needles and cones that stand up from its branhces. It is conical in habit and has dense branches provding the perfect screen or specimen tree.
It requires a moist, but well-drained spot, where it won't be sat in water but will keep damp, ensuring minimal needle drop. No pruning is required.
